Generally steeper than the neighborhood spots. PARKING: Most downtown parking lots have highly reduced rates after 6 pm. There is a lot at 3rd between Los Angeles and Main that is only $4 all day any day. Parking on Figueroa is free on Sundays. |

Highlights include the Campanile on LaBrea, created by the founder of the LaBrea Bakery. Don't miss Chapman's Market, the little hidden restaurant mall on 6th Street, or Langer's for that old-fashioned corned beef on rye. And then there is the Baroque oddity the Lowenbrau Keller on Beverly Blvd.
